3rd November 2015 We are still waiting 2 months on for a reply to emails of photos of damage they did to our stuff ( they requested the photos ) We asked for a refund of a bonus we gave them before they unloaded our things. Our experience with them was very stressful. We had a long move from Thames to Southland. They arrived 7 1/2 hours late ( near midnight )and were loading our house into the wee hours of the morning very tired, for us it was very stressful as we needed to hand over our house to the new owners that next morning . When we arrived for the unload they had placed all our framed artwork in the woodshed and 7 of the frames had all the glass broken out them , there was damage to 3 art works and mattes also. Also there were many broken items or gouged and large scratches on furniture that was loaded from our house near pristine. There was also many missing items that they haven't commented on. They overbook themselves and do everything very tired is what we observed so our stuff did not get good care as a result. They just ignore us now and we are not pleased as we have alot of damage to repair or replace and a refund would be appreciated. If you are moving a long distance they may not have the resources or abilities to move you stress free as they can't seem to handle a house full of stuff and they overbook . Also they did not arrive with a team as implied when we committed for them to move us. There were 4 of them to load us and only 2 for the unload ( owner and wife ). we had to recruit our land agent to help unload and of course unload ourselves after the 1600 km drive.
