One word 'Brilliant'. Andrew and his team are incredibly talented and my husband and I are very happy we chose to sell our property through them. They not only got us a record price for our apartment, but they sold it in 2 days!!! You are a star Andrew and I would recommend you to anyone. Thank-you for all your good and honest work.

Thank you to the team at Apartment Specialists for selling our apartment in the Volt Complex within a short space of time considering this was over the Christmas period. The extra mile you go in providing great service in presenting the apartment was way above expectations and the price we achieved between us was a record breaking price. Thank you all again.

Recently, we won't name the company, I have had an excess number of phone calls and emails pressuring me to sell. I was close to making a complaint to the REAA as they were using false sale statistics to scare me. I called Apartment Specialists for a second opinion and they made me aware of the false stats and provided me with accurate ones. I'm forever greatful I made that call as it seems like this is their main way of getting business. I just wanted to share this with others as soon as I could as I was blown away and hope this review is read by many apartment owners!!

Recently being referred to Apartment Specialists, from the start I could see why my friends referred me. Efficient, honest, and they certainly know what they're talking about. They truly are "Specialists", wouldn't go anywhere else anymore.
