Claire Turnbull, is one of New Zealand’s leading nutritionists, and has been inspiring others through her work in the health and wellness industry for over 9 years.

Claire is director of a successful private practice, Mission Nutrition, and is the nutritionist for the Healthy Food Guide Magazine, TVNZ Breakfast, Newstalk ZB and the Millennium Institute of Sport. She is also the author of Penguins best-selling book, Lose Weight for Life, and is currently writing her second book.

Claire loves being able to motivate and inspire people to eat well and take better care of themselves through the work that she does and by living her life as an example.
