18th August 2018 Very unhelpful. We had to get a simple job of getting a car unlocked and they would only come and do it for $240. Jeff was very helpful but Ana had no interest in helping and is just a money grabber. we refused to go with them on principle. Pity they are one of the only towing companies in Queenstown and they know it. I would strongly look to support anyone who competes with them and is willing to actually value their customers.
