9th August 2013 I sail a very physical and demanding yacht which requires me to be fast and strong with quick reaction times. Our skipper got a group of other sailors together and we have been training with Kelly for the past three months for our build up to the World Championships being held in San Francisco this year. I had been going to the gym regularly but was not getting results as I wasn't pushing myself hard enough or getting into a proper routine...and the gym is not for everyone. It has been a lot of fun training with a group of friends and we all push each other. At first I struggled with the sessions and doing basic exercises such as squats, but with Kelly's guidance and my friends pushing me my fitness and strength have improved dramatically. Now I look forward to each session - even if it's raining! The best thing about training is how Kelly mixes it up - not one session has been the same which makes it really fun and enjoyable.

7th August 2013 Having trained with Kelly in both a Personal and Group setting, her enthsaism, knowledge and passion for what she does shines through. Kelly ensures training is effective and right for what I want to achieve, and regularly takes the time to meet and review progress and adapt programmes, so it is continually beneficial.
Kellys takes a personal focus approach, and as a result has helped me to become fitter, healthier and to reach my personal targets. Sometimes I need that extra encouragement, support, advice and motivation, and she is always there to provide that.
Kellys programs can be challenging, but she makes sure it is fun and a very rewarding experience.
