I went to see Breathing Works after a referral from my doctor. I was so stressed after a marriage break up that I had developed a breathing disorder and was having lots of physical side effects from my bad breathing. Breathing Works re-trained my breathing patterns so that I got back into a a healthy rhythm and slowly my physical symptoms went away. Even now years later I still use their techniques and I wish I had seen them sooner. My asthma is almost non-existent and I can exercise without my breathing becoming a problem. Breathing Works are a professional and friendly bunch of people and I highly recommend them. Kind Regards Kirsty.
