Very slow to respond to enquires. Arrogant and non-responsive. Three phone calls and still no action from the company. Very frustrated with Kiwi Heat Pumps/Kiwi Electrical. A resounding "AVOID AT ALL COSTS"

We got Kiwi Heat Pump to install the heat pump in our home when we were renovating and they did a great job, the builder even commented on how clean the installation was!

These guys are quick to get back to you and do an excellent job at installing the heat pump. They are friendly and easy to deal with. Highly recommended.
