Appalling service, I booked on the Monday to have work done 7.30am Friday and took the morning off work to be there. 7.45am no one arrives so I called to be told the plumber was sick and they wouldn't be doing my job today......nice and now I have lost half a day's pay and they couldn't have the courtesy to call and let me know. To many other plumbers to choice from so I suggest if you want someone reliable choose someone else. Auckland city plum quick sucks and the receptionist was rude .
