Southern Kids Early Learning Centre opened in February 2010.

Our Centre is a superb facility; warm, light, spacious, highly resourced, and fun to be in. We have four separate rooms for the children, so that all can grow and develop in an age-appropriate environment. Teachers are also well catered for, with a spacious staff room and a separate staff work room.

All the rooms are well provided for with storage areas, both inside and outside. The playground at Southern Kids is large; much larger than that required by Ministry of Education regulations. This space, and the mix of challenging and stimulating equipment alongside safe and quiet areas, ensures that the many various needs of the children can be met.

Southern Kids is equipped with a wide range of resources; giving our children the opportunity to excel in all areas in a fun environment where they feel loved and able to develop as individuals. We provide opportunities for our children to be a part of our local community and parents are always welcome to join in any activity.
