17th November 2014 I have had nothing but hassles trying to do business here, they refuse to return your calls I have emailed, driven there & rung every week for 3 months, Megan says I will get him to call you, his cell is out of coverage (don't know were he is but I can ring my sister on a cruise on the Mediterranean sea near Egypt)!
I arranged a meeting to exchange the wrong parts that were sent, drove an hour each way and Brent never turned up. Not at all thrilled with the service and DO NOT recommend to others.
At least talk to your customer and work something out if you don't have the right parts, don't ignore them hoping they will go away, worse comes to worse you can always refund their money at least then you still get good feedback.
