8th January 2016 Towards the end of 2015 my hair began to thin and snap, it was an ugly coppery colour as my brown had faded out.
I advised the salon owner that her staff may die my hair to fix it but I would prefer her to cut it as it was in such a bad state.
Kelly straight away said she would be the only one to cut it and it anything went wrong she would fix it.
After also buying their product for shampoo and conditioner I can gladly say my hair has almost tripled in thickness and has grown an outstanding amount.
Lovely team and very easy to get along with.
Thank you ladies, I will only be using you in the future!

8th December 2015 Alright haircuts, but don't get your hair dyed here because it will come out badly.
I also found the staff to be quite snobby who just do what they want with your hair instead of discussing what you actually want done.
The White Room Salon
8th December 2015 You wanted a green fashion colour put through the under layer of your hair. You were advised against this as they are a temporary colour and do not last. You were advised to have the area prelightened so it would be noticeable if you wanted to go ahead with the green. You declined and insisted on the green being applied to your dark blonde hair. You came back today saying after one wash most of the green has gone and demanded your $70 back. You were offered to have complementary pre lightening done usually at a cost of $115 then the green reapplied to give you as stated in the first consultation a more noticeable effect but again reminded that it is a temporary colour and will need to be reapplied regularly. You said you did not have anytime in the next month to have this done. The snobby feeling you got was just a well educated stylist who has an impeccable CV including managing Toni & Guy, tutoring at Servilles Academy as well as a master stylist for many years informing you as to why it was not a good idea to put the green in your hair. I appreciate your disappointment of the green not lasting longer and the offer of pre lightening your hair and reapplying the green at no charge still stands. Kind regards Kelly Cairney Salon Owner.

19th March 2014 about 6 months ago I walked in off the street to see if I could get a new style and hair cut, my hair was thick and very long, with different hair colour tones from spending a prodominent time outdoors in all weather conditions mainly the sun, what I ended up with was short hair and I loved it so much that now if it grows past my ears I get it trimed the only problem is that all the salons that I have used since visiting the White Room Salon have never matched the White Room Salons finish product so I will be travelling from Whangarei to Papakura in the future to visit the White Room Salon for all my hair appointments lovely group of ladies.
