The service provided by Clark Raven at KAAR Avondale is exceptional. After a small hiccup initially with ordering parts (not Clark), he took full control and ensured I was kept informed throughout the process. A courtessy car was available when required without the need to book it in advance. In the absence of the communication breakdown initially, this would have been a 5 star rating (consistent with my previious dealings with KAAR Avondale).
