We erect these kit set buildings from the concrete slab to completion. We also fit all doors, windows, mezzanine floors, line interiors and supply quality sub contractors to fit off all your requirements, i.e. Electricians, Plumbers, Stoppers, Painters etc, to suit your needs.
Gemrock Design (a local Draughting Company), draws up your building to suit your needs, with any extras you request.
Advantages in using our steel buildings is the clear span technology (no internal columns in the gable ends), hence our suppliers have produced up to and plus 80m clear span. Bay sizes vary on the type of building you require, 3m, 3.5m, 4.5m, 6m, 7.5m, plus special lengths to suit your needs, at little extra cost, and at any length you require. (We have built one 125m long!)
Heights vary also from 2.4m stud to 12m stud with various pitches; 10 degrees, 15 degrees, 26 degrees are standard but can change to suit, again, at an extra cost.
