Are you feeling scared? Confused? We would love to help. Do you need someone to talk to? We will listen without lecturing or judging you. 0800 U Choose is an organisation which provides help and support for women facing crisis pregnancies and/or difficult circumstances.
All services are free and confidential.
We help confused pregnant women explore their options and give support such as, going to appointments with you, a place to stay (free of charge), education and also financial support. We can also help you through your pregnancy, birth and beyond.
We are also happy to send you a free unexpected pregnancy pack, with more info about abortion, care, adoption (including a DVD) and other peoples stories.
