Mike Kingan Builders Ltd started out as all building companies do " A young, fit, enthusiastic guy, keen to get stuck into it. Mike took on all that was offered to him - from mail boxes to million dollar homes.
He kept it simple and efficient, never taking on large numbers of staff and always being the clients main go-to-man. All projects ended up with some aspect of Mike(TM)s quirkiness and individuality. Business was good. In more recent years, they moved to more specialised one off projects, with no specific requirements, other than that they had to be unique, interesting and challenging.
