5th December 2012 I went here on a Tuesday night with a vegetarian friend and we enjoyed a 3 tapas, a few beverages and a dessert between the two of us - we also had the Voodo Fudge Cake (very nice).
We had a pleasant experience and I would go here again.
Highlights: Atmosphere (great place for a date actually), food was above average
Lowlights: Wine list was limited, there was a guitarist and singer who were great but spoke too much to the restaurant patrons (they should have been more background entertainment).
Perfectly perched to catch the sun all day in Aucklands newest waterside dining strip North Wharf, Pescado cuisine evokes the spices of the Kasbah and the magical aromas of the tagine.
Pescado acknowledges the fine produce of New Zealands sea and land with different tastes from Morocco to Greece, in small plates accompanied by great New Zealand and European wines.
Catch the rising sun with breakfast, nibble on tapas with a sip of sherry to watch the sun go down over the harbour and spend the evening in the comfort and warmth of legendary Middle Eastern hospitality.
20th July 2013 Went here for breakfast with the family; good selection with a slightly Mediterranean twist giving a few unique options.
Healthy portion sizes; although definitely for Auckland Waterfront prices ;)
