Marlborough Cuisine & Wine experience. Immersed in the vineyards and showcasing local Marlborough wines with a world class menu, focus lies on balance and complementary flavours. The menu provides options ranging from a two course a la carte dinner to wine matched degustation evening. We are proud to offer a wine list that features a comprehensive hand picked selection of Marlborough wines with differing varietals so you can still enjoy the Marlborough wine experience when the local Cellar Doors are closed.
The organic spray free potager and fruit trees in our garden are a great source of produce for our dishes and diners will often spot the Chefs out in the garden before service choosing that nights vegetables.
