Most unprofessional and rude company I have ever dealt with in my enitre life - disgraceful. Took 2 months to fix my fire - never returned my calls, had to end up driving to Upper Hutt to get the parts after they were meant to come around and install a baffle plate and new bricks. Bricks were broken in the box when I looked after i returned home. Absolute nightmare.
