ABSOLUTELY BRILLIANT!!!! great quick smart customer service, friendly girls. The courier misplaced our costumes (not wear it outs fault at all) and the girls went up and beyond more than any other place would to ensure they found it and had delivered to us on time. we will definitely be using their services again. :) :)

Unprofessional I hired a costume online from Wear it out. Originally I queried the colour of the outfit and they advised that it was listed wrong online. It's still listed wrong. The costume cost hireage plus 'refundable' bond. Once paid I never received a notification confirming my payment had been received and my order processed, even after an email and voicemail request. I then phoned a second time the week my outfit was due to be posted to me, and got through to someone. I advised that I needed to change the delivery address as my work address had just changed. They advised this wouldnt be a problem. The outfit arrived later that week at the wrong (old) address. The courier bag had been ripped (not cut) opened and then masking taped back together. The actual item had two rips which I had to mend before the item was wearable. The remainder of the costume was very scruffy/frayed and not worth the amount I hired it for. When I phoned them to advise the above they were not sympathetic, nor did they apologise. They advised that they had ripped open the package as they had forgotten to include an item. They said that I could return the item for a refund (bit late since the function was one day away), or that they would partially refund hireage. I opted for partial refund. I couriered the item back to Wear it out on the 28th Nov. As at 9/12 I havent received my bond or partial refund back and am waiting for a return phonecall.
