We dined here one weekend for breakfast, and it didn't disappoint. Faultless service, and fantastic presentation for a buffet hotel breakfast. A chef was available to make waffles and pancakes, and another was at an egg station available to make eggs any way you wanted. I sampled the bircher muesli, yoghurt with mango, waffles, pancakes and hot breakfast and was thoroughly impressed with the freshness and variety available. Strongly recommended and we will be definitely visiting Eight again in the near future.
