Recently popped into Rok Me looking for a piece of Pandora Jewellery for my daughter. They had a great selection and I found the perfect piece :-) . The girl that served me was so helpful offering some good ideas with some other jewellery ranges I were not as familiar with. Not only did I buy the necklace for my daughter I also picked up a lovely piece for myself. Its always nice when you get good service and its great to be able to support a local business.

I recently went into rok me to look at the Pandora rings and charms and was served by a very lovely young asian lady who was very helpful. She gave excellent suggestions and her customer service was outstanding. A beautiful shop and excellent service.

I visited this shop, 24th December, very busy. First experience there, the staff were still friendly and helpful, more personal and caring, so much better than the bigger malls. I have since been back with my wife for more charms. I inquired how Christmas trade was. We were told they were very busy through Christmas and New Year, given they had new and part time staff. The new staff all had training for the Xmas period and did very well. A good little store a nice experience.

Perfectly adequate for business, if you don't mind the obviously forced cheer and condescending tone. Personally, I found the staff to be pushy, rude, and unskilled as more than retail staff, not as an actual or even amateur jewellers.
