I shifted from Auckland to Blenheim. I found Capital City Transport to be highly communicative, efficient, and considerate with their packing style.
I had a small hiccup with the receivers down the other end that was remedied by Capital City Transport calling me for further instructions. The ETA on pickup and delivery was accurate within a hour of margin. I experienced a high quality service and would definitely use this company again.

Capital City Transport recently moved me from Auckland to Kapiti.All went smoothly and efficiently and I am most grateful for their help and for going the extra miles at this very stressfull time.I am happy to recommend this small family business.

Warning to all, CAPITAL CITY TRANSPORT doesn't pay their bills or return your phone messages if they owe you money, They called me to do a local move as one of their trucks had broken down which I agreed to do, I invoiced them and are still waiting for the money, they don't return my calls or answer their phones it is VERY unprofessional! Dont pay money upfront or do any invoiced work for these guys unless you want to end up out of pocket like me, The work that I done for these guys was fast professional and fairly charged they have no reason to not pay! The client was stoked as they had to be out of their house and at very short notice, If you guys would like to get this sorted please call PRIME MOVERS NELSON to pay your bill

I found this company extremley professional and reliable. My furniture was very efficiently packed on the day required. I found the staff extremely helpful and willing to go that extra mile to deliver a great service. I recommend this company to all.

I would not recommend this company at all. Not only did it take over 2 weeks to receive my furniture, furniture they promised to reimburse me 10% plus the cost of storage. I still have not recieved the money and my furniture is stacked horribly in storage. Unprofessional unreliable do not use.

We appreciate your comments and all clients are now visited prior to pickup to accurately assess loads to avoid overload delays in the future. Reimbursements have been made in excess of 10% by returning for the overload free of charge and an additional refund which appears not ideal now from your point of view but was a fair agreement at the time. We will be reviewing all techniques of staff who are regularly trained and apologise for your unsatisfactory experience.
