Ronal came when he said he would and was fast and friendly. We feel a bit silly that we couldn't fix the insinkerator ourselves but Ronal did it with speed and humour. Great service.

Hi there I have to say that after many bad experiences with plumbers over the years, dealing with Plumbquick was an absolute joy and I'd like to say a special thank you to Peter Howard, our plumber. Fast, efficient and friendly.

I called and emailed a number of 'local' plumbers to get someone to fix a leak. They all claim to offer fast efficient service, but when engaging with them was told the soonest they could assist would be January!!! So continued the search and found Plumbquick online, contacted them and they had someone out the next day. Chris D, the plumber who attended to the job was incredibly professional and a pleasure to deal with. Fast, efficient, excellent, friendly service at a reasonable price. We were so impressed that we checked the house for other plumbing issues, made a list and phoned Plumbquick again to assist. We asked that Chris attend to the issues and once again, he was onsite the next day and resolved all the issues. Superb service and highly recommended.

Second job from plumbquick, this time is an Indian or Fiji Indian plumber Ronal came. As usual, on time super efficient and friendly, also very experienced and honest. I had another plumber come and check before and he tried to convince me that I need a new toilet bowl, but Ronal only charged me $15 for a small part then problem solved.

Leaking in wall toilet cistern. I called Plumb Quick, North Harbour, and plumber arrived same day. Ordered parts required and called back 3 days later to complete the job. Plumber was Kane Anson, excellent service and quick efficient worker. Problem solved when other local plumbers had not been able to sort out the problem. I would recommend this firm to anyone for prompt and efficient service.

Leak in water main under house. Peter Howard was the plumber. Friendly, cheerful, uncomplaining (especially given very small crawl space!). Job done efficiently. Would definitely use this firm again.

We suffered and broken water main line in an inaccessible area underneath a giant macrocarpa tree. This required re-routing of a replacement water line from the street to the house and to a garden tap. Plumbquick sent Richard and Rhys to do the job - and what a great team! Respectful, communicative and personable with a great sense of humour, also very efficient in getting on and getting a quite substantial job done. They kept us in touch with progress and advised us when and how long the water would need to be turned off for, also discussed clearly with us a couple of options on the day. The clean-up job at the end of the work was immaculate. It was a pleasure to have them on site. When you hear a team communicating with each other as well as Rhys and Richard did as they worked, enjoying a joke here and there, and relishing the challenge of their task even in cold and showery weather, you know they must have been very carefully chosen for recruitment by their company. Well done guys and well done Plumbquick. The lead-in organisation for the job to be done was also very smooth and efficient, first through Kylie on the phone and then Shayne who visited to assess the location of the leak and discuss options for re-routing of the replacement pipeline - all this too done knowledgeably and congenially. From our experience Plumbquick is a pretty professional outfit which we would use again anytime.

Hi, had a bit of drama yesterday. Discovered I had a split grey plastic water pipe under the house, to my horror. My initial call was handled asap, and I must add, very courteously. This is the second or third time I've had to put a call through requesting a plumber this year and the reception, management and organising of one of their plumbers is terrific. Pete the plumber (Pete Howard), called late afternoon. Job was booked for midday today, but Pete called and said he was heading home to the shore anyway, so could he pop in an assess, at 4.30pm! Thats focus and dedication. He shared he's always a bit concerned when he hears "split or burst pipe", so he likes to look in quic. Repair done in 20mins, water on! Terrific. Can't recommend these local trades folks enough. Andy

From the initial phone contact Plumbquick proved both professional an efficient. John Stewart phoned to advise he was on his way and ahead of the scheduled time, which was most welcome due to other commitments we had on our agenda. He immediately tackled our gas water heating problem and resolved it in quick time. He then provided a summary of the work he had performed.

Plumbquick was absolutely fantastic! We had been given the run around from other companies and after a month of no running water in the kitchen i gave plumbquick a call and we had Peter turn up within hours! He was great to work with! He ran us through everything that was needed, very polite, very quick and he left the place immaculate! I was very very impressed and so relieve to finally have running water! We have used Plumbquick several times now on various issues and they are fantastic to deal with. Peter Howard of Plumbquick came today, he was super easy to deal with and nothing was a problem. Highly recommend these Plumbers.

His workmanship was first class and the job he did for us was completed in a very timely manner. He even sourced a new toilet for us at a very reasonable price. He followed up the next day to ensure that everything was working well which was well and truly going the extra mile. Will definitely use Plumbquick again and in particular Peter Howard who is the most cheerful, polite, respectful tradesperson you could ever meet.

Pete came to replace our hot water cylinder. He had to come for one after-hours visit and then again the next day. He kept in contact well, he was friendly and professional and explained things clearly. My two kids were greatly interested in what he was doing and he was so kind to them - he kept them entertained! I would definitely call Plumbquick again. Thanks heaps!

We were really worried when we noticed a leakage of contaminated water from the base of our toilet. Our 'phone call to Plumbquick was answered very promptly by a visit from Pete (The Plumber) Howard. He quickly determined that the problem wasn't as serious as we feared, and could probably be resolved by the use of a new silicone sealant to the rubber seal behind the toilet bowl. He carried out the remedial work, and advised us not to use this toilet for 4 days. It is now more than 4 days after the work was completed, and the toilet appears to be working perfectly. Pete was efficient, experienced, and very pleasant to deal with. He did a good job quickly and competently.

We had plumbquick come out after we had 2 other firms come out and not resolved our problems. Peter didn't jump to conclusions and sell us something we didn't need but worked out what was wrong and resolved the issues once and for all. We now have a fully working system that nobody else seemed to be able to resolve.

Peter Howard came to our rescue and fixed a burst pipe from our hot water cylinder. He was very informative and answered all our questions and gave us some tips about our pressure problem within the house. Very pleasant to deal with. Excellent customer service!

Pete Howard came to our home today July 1. He is absolutely the best. He replaced our wastemaster which required him cutting a bigger hole in the under sink shelf. He replaced the cartridge on a leaking tap and he fixed the shower and fixed a leaking tap. He noticed how things were working while here and took a great deal of trouble to see that everything was great. He is completely a gentleman, polite and courteous as well as a master plumber. He was just the best. Five stars for Pete. A very satisfied customer, Louise Rummel 877A Beach Rd Torbay, Auckland.

My toilet needed fixing so i gave plumbquick a call as i had used them before and had their card handy on the fridge. Peter Howard was the guy they sent me (I had also had him once before) and he was brilliant. Did not muck around, was on time and got the job done efficiently and in a timely manner. Would definetly recommend to anyone in need of a good quality, fairly priced plumber.

I have used Plumbquick, and in particular Pete Howard, a number of times over the last 6 years whenever I have had a plumbing issue. I always ask for Pete as I have found him to be reliable, friendly, efficient and I completely trust him to do the best job possible without overcharging. Today was no exception. Can"t fault the service I received last Friday, your telephone operator on Thursday was both friendly and efficient , Peter Howard who came to fix the hot water cylinder explained the problem ,fixed it in a timely manner ,was friendly and efficient,in fact a real professional,He will definately be my first call for any future problems. Great service from Peter. He was very thorough and explained the problem (which was with my laundry tub supply) as well as fixing it quickly and efficiently. He also gave me some really useful tips about things to consider when re-designing my laundry. I will certainly be asking him to come back and do the plumbing for the renovations. The customer service person who answered my initial call was fast, friendly and efficient and I had no problem getting a plumber at the time I requested.

January 11, 2014 After being away for three weeks I turned on the water heater only to find that the Ajax valve had packed up and I was not getting a consistent water heat. One minute it was scalding hot and the next it was freezing ....... not the best when trying to have a shower. I called Plumquick on Friday evening (09/01/2014) expecting to be informed that Monday would be the earliest, but no that was not the case and their plumber (Suresh) would be round within a couple of hours to fix the problem. Not only did Suresh fix the Ajax, but also spotted a leak at the junction from the outside water pipe. He replaced the broken plumbing on that as well, which had it not been fixed then you can imagine the result. All this work took two hours and when finished Suresh left the area clean and tidy. On sunday 11/01/2014 When attempting to have a shower the water ran cold, which was confirmed when I touched the water tank, so I called Plumquick again and true to their word sent Suresh round to see what the problem was and this time the thermostat had packed a sad, this was replaced and later in the evening Suresh phoned to see if the water was getting hot, a big yes was the answer. I have no hesitation in recommending Plumquick and in particular Suresh for any plumbing work that needs to be undertaken. In my book they are both the tops.

Thank you Ronal,I thought I had a major problem yesterday 6/11/2014 but you dealt with it like a true professional. Same day response to repair a leak was really appreciated. Plumber, Pete Howard, who attended was friendly, efficient and did a good job. When my son had a leak at his property the following day, I had no hesitation in recommending Plumbquick.

To be greeted by a Didgeridoo type noise as I came into our preschool today was a little frightening! Advice over the phone helped with the noise until Wade arrived. With 35 children attending we needed help pretty "plumbquick!" Wade was patient as he worked most of the day to solve what ended up being two issues and water pressure issues. Wade was great! He kept us informed with what he was doing, tolerated the happy sounds of 35 children and worked around the happenings of a busy preschool - Thanks Wade!

Expensive when they add the extras (not requested). Don't get taken in by the Yellow Pages advert. For a blocked toilet your cost will not be $59 closer to $280+GST. Drain blocked again after two weeks. Got a professional in who walked us through the whole thing thank-you Drain Surgeons.

After using 2 other plumbing companies over the past year or so and not being overly impressed by either, I am happy to say that Wade from Plumbquick has restored my faith! Personable and professional, he came on time and fixed my problem quickly and efficiently. Will definitely use Plumbquick again should I require any more plumbing services.

Had cause to call on Plumbquick recently, and they were very quick to respond, and had Peter Howard come out the next day. Peter was very punctual and worked diligently - very professional and approachable. The work was of a very good standard - and would definitely recommend Peter, and Plumbquick again to colleagues and friends

In need of a plumber at short notice I turned to the Yellow pages and soon selected "Plumbquick" - their listing was clear and precise. Initial telephone contact was first class - pleasant and helpful so as to be rated exceptional. My needs were of an urgent nature - fully understood by reception and within a very short time I received advice that my needs were in hand and a tradesman was due at an arranged hour. (No need to read on - don't bother with Yellow pages - phone "Plumbquick"!!!). There is more. On time I was to meet their tradesman - Wade Smith - who presented himself in a very professional manner and soon was able to advise on all that was necessary - with cost indication. The manner in which the work was undertaken, his attention to detail and communications soon showed him to be an excellent ambassador for his Company. He earned my total respect for his work and his attitude/manner - a gentleman. A second visit - following the need for other tradesman to prepare other work in the interim - was similarly a very rewarding experience for me. Thank you Wade - thanks to "Plumbquick" . After being mucked about by another plumbing Company for 3 weeks for a water mains leak, Plumbquick were courteous and helpful. Ron Ram arrived the next morning, quickly diagnosed the problem, dug out the pipe and within an hour or so had the problem solved with minimal disruption, great communication and a very reasonable charge. I've used Plumbquick three times at our apartment complex now and each time an excellent quick response and fix for the problem. Can't recommend them highly enough. Brian Spackman, Remuera

I phoned Plumbquick the Thursday afternoon before ANZAC day with a blocked drain. I was panicking as I had tried to unblock it myself using plumbers rods and the plunger head had come off and got stuck in the drain making the situation worse! Ron was there within 15mins and had the problem sorted out about 2 minutes later. Because he was in the Glendowie area and it had been relatively easy to deal with, he didn't charge me a cent! What fantastic service.I will definitely be using them again!

We were concerned as we had a mains water leak. Zak Buckingham and his offsider arrived promptly while I was out. quickly located the problem after quite a bit of digging and fixed it. When I arrived home they were both covered in mud. They were not at all phased by this and then cleaned all the mud off our gate and replaced all the turf. They were both extremely polite and professional, very helpful and I was super impressed. Highly recommend these guys and we will definitely be calling Plumbquick again next time we need a plumber.

Nathan came when we were told he would. Understood the problem & fixed it quickly. A cold water tap in our laundry had seized up & the washing machine was not getting sufficient pressure.

I have had further plumbing work completed at my place with new taps going in and a replacement toilet. Peter Howard was the plumber and he was informative, efficient, and explained things well. He was also able to seek a good price for a new toilet - so I was very pleased. Well done to Peter and the Plumquick Team. I will ceratinly reccomned them to my friends as the service was excellent. Today I had Peter Howard the plumber come and change some tap washers and advise on replacing a toilet and providing a quote for this. He was knowledgeable and informed and was able by way of his I Pad to show me example of products for me to choose from.I was impressed by his service and he was prompt in carrying out his work - well done - exceptional service from my point of view. Prompt, friendly and job well done. Lovely bloke (Adam) with a great sense of humour. Most importantly... our drains are now working a dream and our shower pressure is back to normal! 100% recommend.

Re washed and tested nefa valve was done nearly instantaneously which fixed our problem with our hot water tank. Glenn Walker the plumber was friendly and arrived within the time specified. Giving us guarantee of his job which gives us confidence in their work. Invoice was exactly what was told on the phone and there were no hidden charges when the job was done. I would definitely use their services again if I have any future plumbing needs.
Re washed and tested nefa valve was done nearly instantaneously which fixed our problem with our hot water tank. Glenn Walker the plumber was friendly and arrived within the time specified. Giving us guarantee of his job which gives us confidence in their work. Invoice was exactly what was told on the phone and there were no hidden charges when the job was done. I would definitely use their services again if I have any future plumbing needs.

Peter Howard came to unstick our laundry tub taps and also solve a toilet seat attachment problem. He was extremely efficient, friendly and personable. Plumbquick were able to offer a time to call sooner than the 10 or so other plumbers I contacted, this counted as we were loosing precious tank water. I am a regular user of Plumbquick's services - both for plumbing and drainage. 2 weeks ago I again had need of Plumbquick to install an insinkerator. Ron was my plumber. He was amazing - prompt (7.30 am as arranged), respectful (took his shoes off!), and clean (he left no mess whatsoever). What was even better he took the old unit away and disposed of it for me. I never ever feel like I am being ripped off by Plumbquick - you get excellent service by highly skilled and experienced people and value for money. Many thanks - Leighann.

His immense knowledge meant that he was able to rectify our plumbing issues within minutes. He replaced a component in one of our toilets which he later deemed to have been unnecessary, and as such, did not charge us for that. I rate Plumbquick a 5 out of 5 for my experience. The service I got was great. The plumbers were busy on the day I needed someone, and because one of the drainage employeees was out in my area on the day they came and fixed my problem. It was estimated they would arrive within 2 - 3 hours and they arrived in under 2 hours. The plumber fixed the issue quickly, was polite, dealt with my questions and also offered some advice on an additional issue we have at our home. I would recommend them and they were fair and reasonable with their charge and offered easy paymnet options too.

Great service. Phoned on a Friday at midday and within 2 hours had Plumber (Adam) around. Not only fixed the tap leak quickly but provided advice on future care of tap. Great to be able to pay by credit card at home and emailed invoice after. Can't fault service.

Not a great experience! Disorganised when it came to making/ sticking to an appointment time. Leak detection when it finally happened was not specific so a 'friend' was called in. Mains tap, which had for obvious reasons, had been turned off was left running for the rest of day post leak detection. Most expensive option for fixing the leak was put forward as the 'best' emergency action. Would not recommend for Mairangi Bay/ Wairau area.

I arrived back in AKL after an 11 hour flight to find no hot water in the house. Plumbquick solved the problem quickly after discovering the cause (namely flakes of steel from this 1939 house's galvanised pipes blocking the valve). I am very appreciative of the staff and their polite, friendly attitudes. Fantastic work.

Once again, plumbquick delivered perfect service. Nothing is ever to much trouble. From the ladies in the call centre changing my appointment time with no hassle to the quality service from Ross and Gareth inhome. Plumbquick provide quality servicemen, who explain exactly what the issue/problem is to ensure the customer knows exactly what that are paying for. Product knowledge is 100% and fees are always reasonable . I would not consider using anyone else and would recommend to all.

Peter Howard was over to fix the bathroom faucets. He was friendly, approachable and explained step by step what was wrong and what was being fixed. I was very impressed with the service he provided and will be using PLUMBQUICK again in the future. Peter also identified a problem in the kitchen on his way out which would have caused a major problem if left alone!

Fantastic from call to problem solving. I called this morning and spoke to Jo who put Malcolm on to an in-wall cistern that could not shut off. Malcolm arrived on time and got the job done nicely and gave some good tips on maintenance of the toilets. We are a boutique hotel and need quick turnaround as we are full most days and you saved our day! Will be using you guys from now! Very good service and thanks Malcolm for you helpful and friendly service throughout today.

Ron Ram was punctual, he explained everything as he was doing it, and showed me video of what was happening in my blocked drain. He was friendly and I felt very comfortable with him. Finally, Ron did an excellent job of clearing the blockage.

I am a property manager and Kevin has carried out many jobs for the company that I work for for over the past six years. Kevin is always professional in his manner and well organized. Work is always carried out with minimal disruption to the tenant and communication from Kevin to myself throughout the process of any job is always received and the work carried out to the highest standard.
