We are a small business servicing the north shore and surrounding areas mainly Hedge / Tree trimming and lawnmowing. Garden maintenance, mulching and planting.
Hard work keeping the costs down.
7th June 2015 Matt Harper (from North Shore Lawns and Hedges) did my garden in June 2014. The whole project including building a small gate, tidy up garden etc. I paid almost $2000. 8 months later the small gate broken. I made contact with Matt and requested him to come back to repair it (asked in good manner). He didn't reply. I kept texting him and got his reply was, "No time." "You are out of my way." "It must be you make it broken.".
I tried to ask him nicely and told him that this was only a small thing that need to be fixed. Suggested him to just come over and talk about it. (I even prepared to pay for the cost of materials for this repair job if it is required,) His reply was, "IT IS NOT MY FAULT. I GOT NO TIME FOR THIS." So ridiculous !!! What kind of service is this ???
BEWARE... HE DOESN'T TAKE RESPONSIBILITY WITH HIS OWN WORKMANSHIP. MY ADVICE IS... USE SOMEOME ELSE !! DON'T TAKE THE RISK!!! NOT RELIABLE GUY AT ALL !!!
