Dealing with them is just an absolute nightmare!!!. They are not professional (perhaps I would call them dodgy) and anythings that goes wrong according to them is "not their fault" but the landlord. They are very slack in term of communication, no regular statement/invoice send to owner, no property inspection being done on property...etc etc. I highly recommend anyone to STAY AWAY from them.
