We ordered a few items for our GoPro Hero 3 Black edition camera. There were 5 items in stock out of the 7 that we ordered on a Thursday.
Rubber Monkey informed us immediately that the 2 items were not in stock yet and they were waiting on the shipment from their supplier, supposed to be Friday.
On Monday they were still having delays with their supplier so they shipped the 5 in stock items separately which arrived on Tuesday.
Unfortunately we could not wait longer for the other 2 items as we are leaving the country so we were offered a refund which we received on Wednesday.
We are extremely satisfied with the level of service and communication that we received throughout the process.
I will definitely use this company again, thank you! :)
