17th May 2014 I bought a pair of loafer scuffs from the sheepskin factory, all went well with order, was delivered promptly but sized just slightly too small. I got in contact and asked if I could bring the slipper in to replace for a bigger size. Sure, no problem. When I took them in the bigger size was out of stock "no problem, we will post to you next week". I waited, one, two, three weeks... Apparently they had forgotten to tell me they were still waiting for stock. Then they said they sent them. They hadn't. Finally, three weeks later after I followed up for the forth time, I received a replacement pair that seem to be exactly the same size. The sticker says one thing, but on the inside sole, the true size is marked with permanent marker. So I give up. The staff were nice enough, but I don't trust that I now have the correct size despite all this...I recommend you buy in store if you do purchase from them.
