We purchased our Kitchen from Nanoosi Ltd and they were very helpful with design and supply of everything we needed. Helpful staff, knowledgeable and friendly service. Price was also a lot more competitive compared with other local suppliers including big name hardware stores.

Awful experience, bad customer service. Wrong kitchen was supplied when building our new home which was a nightmare to deal with from start to finish, now the oven door has failed after only 18 months - but wait, it's out of warranty! Evidently no parts available for months, blame us for the problem, try to make us buy another oven. No thanks, will be going to a reputable dealer. Stay away from these cowboys and their cheap crap and bad attitudes. If I could give negative stars, I would.

This is the first time I have written a review like this using Facebook. We have been extremely disappointed and unimpressed by your inability to provide parts for the oven we bought from you only two years ago. In the end we have basically bought an expensive cooktop from you as the rest of it is useless. You have not been able to supply the oven elements after the originals broke (within an 18 month period) and you kept telling us they had been ordered from China. They never arrived. We have constantly had to chase you for information and when you said you would be back in touch it became obvious that you were just paying lip service. We have been emailing you over the past four months and now you don't even have the courtesy of returning our emails. All you needed to do was provide some semblance of customer service and keep us updated on progress. When past customers are no longer treated with respect and courtesy you will find that any loyalty to your brand and organisation diminishes very quickly.
