If ever there was a case of penny wise, pound foolish it should be applied to buying a house. John's report exposed issues that need rectifying and his calm and cheerful manner was so helpful when dealing with the vendors at a meeting he returned for at no additional charge. John's advice resulted in the vendors rectifying a couple of problems before we went unconditional on our contract and saving us a lot of money.I would have no hesitation in recommending him to any other house buyers.
