14th June 2012 ZERO - I am having the most terrible experience with GroupoNZ - I have had a good expereince in the past but it is now over 3 months since I paid for 2 of the same product and I only received one of them. The website for the company is online but the phone number goes into a loop where you cannot even leave a message and the email address doesn't work. GroupoNZ have been telling me (via email) for the last month that they are in contact with the company and sourcing the other half of my order etc etc - I want my money back now as I know the company has run off with my money (why else would there be no other way of contacting them?)... disaster and TOTAL time-waster - my advice is to not ever buy anything from them... also - the product I did receive was plastic rubbish - not worth what I paid for it let alone the crazy price they said it was worth!
