6th September 2013 me and my family bought there voucher from Treatme that says 1 voucher for 2 people. so we bought 3 voucher for 6 people. and we make the booking through phone and they say - we are happy to accept 3 voucher for 6 people then i try to book in at 7pm. but they say sorry after 7pm all fully booked. only available time is 6.30 everyday, so i took it.
the day we arrive which is about 6.40pm. the lady Manager say we are 10min late so they have to cancel our booking and our voucher can not use in the next visit because they are fully booked all the time. so we try to explain why we are late so finally they let us sit , then we give them the voucher, and she say no we do not accept 3 voucher for 6 people then throw the voucher on our table. so i had to use my phone to find the website and show them in the treatme website that say they are happy to give 3 voucher for 6 people, after they see the prove they say ok we will give you the meal this time. And food is not good at all, from the time we walk in till we left around 8.30pm , total only 3 table in the restaurant and they say they are fully booked when 90% of the tables is still empty
