I went for 1/2 leg bikini and upper lip wax in July 2014. The wax was an acceptable standard, the premises were clean. However the owner of this place over charged me by $15.00. I did not realise until I got home and read the prices on the menu she gave. This is the owner of the shop so she of all people should know her prices. Anyone using this place beware. Check the price before paying. I will not go back which is a shame as it is close to home. The 2 1/2 stars is because I was ripped off.

Hello Countrygirl58, thank you for your review. I just wondered if you let us know that you were overcharged as we would have opologised and refunded your $15 immediately! We cannot fix the problem if we were not aware of it. I'm very sorry for the mistake, it's not a habit we make overcharging people. Please let us know ASAP and we will be happy to give back your $15. You were not ripped off as this was definitely not deliberate. :) LEAH SIMPSON Director Hello again - I have just checked your treatment and I'm very sorry it was our mistake that should have been picked up. Your 1/2 leg & Bikini was not entered into the system as a combo for $45 they were entered as individual treatments which makes them more. You should have been charged $45 plus $15 but you were charged $35 (half leg) $25 (bikini) and $15 (lip). If you would like to pop in I am very happy to refund your $15 plus give you a voucher for a complimentary treatment as our apology. We would love to have you back at Bloom. :)
