Even though I arrived a little late to my appointment (I'm sorry) it didn't seem to be a big deal for the staff at WSD. Everyone was very nice and competent. Specially my dentist Dr Gibson who couldn't be any more patient, empathetic and professional. Would totally recommend WSD!

Pleasant staff who were willing to explain everything. Was expecting my teeth to be a little whiter than it turned out, but overall a good experience. Will be using their services to get a set of clip on dentures for my wife and I.

My initial experience was less than ideal, but White Smile absolutely bent over backwards to put things right and ensure that I ended up very happy with my treatment. Their pride in their results and commitment to excellent customer satisfaction were thoroughly impressive, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them. They have left this very satisfied customer with a big white smile!

Firstly, they called in the morning to move my appointment from lunchtime to 3pm, which was hugely inconvenient. (The same people charge you if you cancel within 24 hours. Nice double-standard there). When the dentist examined my teeth, she said that she couldn't whiten a tooth with a fissure in it since there was a risk it would be painful. When I explained that it had been whitened before with no issues, the dentist very rudely replied "I'M THE CLINICIAN!", as if I was a disobedient child, rather than a paying adult who could decide for herself whether to accept the risk of pain or not. The information on their website states that a clean would be performed prior to whitening. I was not offered a clean, and there was no explanation of why this was not being done. Finally, despite the forms I had signed stating that there would be 3x 15 minute sessions with the laser, the dentist decided to stop the treatment I had paid for after 2x 15 minute sessions with no explanation. The whitening after this time was minimal, and I was hugely disappointed. I'm absolutely disgusted by the abrasive attitude of the dentist, and the abysmal result I got from her doing half of the job she'd been paid to do. (I'll need to go to a reputable dentist now to have the whitening re-done). I strongly recommend not wasting your time and money here, and instead going to a dentist with a decent grasp on customer service who takes pride in their work and does what they've been paid to do.

I am so pleased I picked While Smile Dental practice in Takapuna to have my teeth seen too. I was treated by Dr Shirley Zheng and she was absolutely wonderful, put me at ease right away, explained everything about my treatment in detail, and I am so pleased with the results, and can't stop smiling.

came to visit this clinic by way of a group on deal, and was really glad I did. The team are lovely, professional and thorough and the premises are modern and inviting. The dentists explain everything and give advise - but are not overly pushy of the higher end procedures like some can be! Recommend for sure.

After very good service a year ago having 2 crowns installed I returned recently for my first annual checkup at this practice. Clinic was inviting and clean; no waiting at all and very prompt welcome at Reception. My dentist had a lovely manner throughout the (teeth whitening) process. Loved her consultative manner and suggestions for follow up, especially considering there was no 'hard sell' for take-home products.

Overall a very good experience I was reminded of the appointment - Good Appointment started about 10mins late - not good Teeth clean - great Bridge Chip - I was really impressed with the evaluation. I was given 3 option they were each explained my questions were answered clearly.

Saw a hygienist at White Smile Dental (sorry can't remeber his name) a few months back. really nice guy and the whole treatment was very easy. i had a treatme voucher for teeth whitening and the results were great. only thing i need to do is cut out coffee now. liked the tv in the room as it made time go very quick. only issue i had was that i had to wait 10 mins before appointment could start. guess thats not too bad for a dental clinic. pete.

Even though I arrived a little late to my appointment (I'm sorry) it didn't seem to be a big deal for the staff at WSD. Everyone was very nice and competent. Specially my dentist Dr Gibson who couldn't be any more patient, empathetic and professional. Would totally recommend WSD!
