This is the worst service I have ever experienced, the managers are of Pacific Island descent and I am also of the same. I purchased furniture from them yesterday and I paid for delivery she said It will be delivered at 3pm, Hello! 3pm come no one arrive, 4pm still no one 5pm no one comes so I ring and inquire. The lady (the customer sales person who served me) tells me the furniture will come and that she will ring me to confirm. Not one phone call that evening. This morning I have been ringing from 9am periodically to no avail. Now I have to waste my precious time and drive all the way out there to find out what happened. I was so excited at first and now I am just very disappointed and wish this experience on no one. I pray to God I get my furniture today and that God blesses their business over and beyond and that they have a very blessed day even though mine turned to custard.
