The customer service here is terrible. They were adamant about not offering any remedy for a faulty product which they had recommended - no coupons for future use let alone a full refund. The staff did not give any reasons. I will never be going back there again.

Petstop in Newmarket has lots of products, some very good ones and maybe they should stick to that side of the business because it looks like they need training on animal care. We went in to buy a collar and the service was fine. Just the state of the animals upset me. I won't be going back because of that.
