I highly recommend this guy to sand and coat your floor. The service was great from quote to completion. His price was fair and did not charge me extra to fix a few rotten boards that were hidden from view when he first looked at the job.He "knows his onions" and gave me excellent advice. He arrived on time on the arranged date. My floors look absolutely amazing and I will certainly use him again in the future.
