Stuart was commissioned to undertake a 3-4month renovation on our Villa. There are several qualities that make him stand above any other builder we have commissioned in the past: 1. He has a very reassuring, knowledgeable and confident style when engaging us on design and problem solving during the project; 2. He always completed sections of work to pre-agreed deadlines and often self-reviewed and assessed his quality, design and materials as he went so would surprise us with better than agreed design touches during the project, 3. Because he is reliable and thoughtful he therefore had very reliable and thoughtful sub-contractors working for him. We have since recommended Stuart to our friends and will definitely use him again on future projects.

Commissioned SCR to build our house in Arkles Bay in late 2014. Received many comments about how good the house looks, and also the quality build of the house. The council inspectors said to me that it is the best quality built house that they have seen in a very long time - hence to say one very satisfied customer....

What sets SCR apart is there attention to detail and endless stream of ideas to make our property a one off. Highly recommended Auckland Builders.
