Agricultural Accounting

Agricultural Accounting are specialist agricultural accountants consisting of four staff.

All of our people are farmers or come from a farming background and that is our point of difference. We understand farming - because we're farmers too.

We are a wholly-owned subsidiary of NZ Accounting Group Limited

The NZ Accounting brand has been trading since 2009. Under the NZ Accounting brand are sub-brands NZAG Agricultural Accountants, NZAG Relationship Property Services, and NZAG Child Support Attorneys.

We have NZ Accounting brand agencies in Auckland, Paeroa, Hamilton, Cambridge, New Plymouth, Wellington and Christchurch, which means we are currently the 7th largest accounting brand in New Zealand geographically.

We hope to open a further 60 agencies across New Zealand, which would make us the largest accounting brand in New Zealand geographically by 31 March 2012.

NZ Accounting Group Limited ("NZAG") is the licensee of the NZ Accounting intellectual property, brand and agencies. NZAG is wholly owned by NZ Accounting Trustee, a trust company, and is headed up by our Principal, Michael Fresnel.

Michael Fresnel has been an accountant since 1998. Over that time he has established more than 40 businesses, employed hundreds of people, and has worked with more than 1,000 clients across almost every industry imaginable.

He has studied psychology, accounting, journalism, marketing and website design and continues to actively advance his education as an adult student. He is a regular contributor to various online business publications and writes the column "Bean Counting" in Country Wide Magazine.

Agricultural Accounting has eight agencies nationwide and services all New Zealand cities and towns.
