13th October 2015 MHF Properties/Paula Stott manages the property we live in. I can't recommend MHF as Paula has repeatedly missed scheduled visits, failed in her obligations as the property manager and is frankly putting the tenants interests and landlord's property at risk. On the upshot she does respond to emails in a fairly timely manner, which could possibly be the bare minimum requirement, it just seems she has too much on her plate to provide a good property management service.
