Devonport is a charming historic village and is just a 15 minute ferry ride from the CBD of Auckland. Situated just 250 metres from Cheltenham Beach, which is nestled on the northern side of Devonport village, Rata Cottage offers superior accommodation in a very relaxed lush garden environment.
The cottage can accommodate up to 5 people comfortably in 3 bedrooms. There is one queen room, one Californian King room and one single room. There are two full bathrooms in the house and one outside shower. Two living and two dining areas offer you choices in both winter and summer. A lovely wood burner as well as other heating options keep you cosy in the winter months.
Rata Cottage is a very pleasant 15 minute walk to cafes, boutique shops and galleries in Devonport village.
