20th April 2013 Don't waste your time with this company - useless! My TV issue was diagnosed over the phone with the promise of sourcing a spare part. No contact for 24 hours so made a phone call to enquire if a part had been located. Obviously "jogged" his memory because he'd not made any attempt to locate said part. Promised that he would get right on it and vehemently promised to call me back that afternoon. 36 hours on, still haven't heard back. Enormously annoyed that I have wasted so much time waiting on this company when I sure there are other repair places that would have welcomed my business. No stars
