10th April 2015 I agree ray simpson may be a good real estate to some tenants but they do not tell the full story about problems with when it comes to hygiene around the flat especially the property manager Wendy i have rented from her before a damp & nasty house which was not mentioned before i rented the house i would not trust this lady nor her team. False information all the time from what they put up on Trademe.

15th June 2011 Yes also as "Nnifer's" Ex flatmate: I agree She is definitely biased in this situation and you should take what she says with a grain of salt.
When i was moving into the current flat in oct 2010, Ray and his team were particularly helpful.
Regarding Nnifer:
1.Problems arose from her not communicating in an open and mature manner especially about her Boy friend (who lives in a Van) was essentially living at the flat without our consent, for 2 months while not contributing to the expenses.
2. When this was raised with Nnifer she denied he was living at the flat, only for the land lord and the other flatmates to 'catch' him at the flat durring the day when she was not present, on several occasions. He had also left the flat on at least on one occasion un secured with doors wide open.
3. During the period when she had decided she was leaving, she did not give proper notification to the landlord/parites.
4. Although she did make some effort to find a replacement as was stipulated prior to her moving in ~ she did not actually find one ~ and terminated the lease for the whole flat, by serving notice to the land lord.

15th June 2011 As Nnifer's ex-flatmate, there's a lot more going on and I think, therefore, that her review is not fair. For myself, I found Ray Simpson and his staff very helpful and understanding, and they provided me with sound advice.

15th June 2011 I have been renting a room from this agent and they have provided me with misleading and false information several times. Which has lead to several problems, one of which is quite major because I am forced to pay rent for a room I no longer live in.
