Mount CrossFit specialises in not specialising. Here we strive to blur the distinction between traditional cardio and strength training because real fitness isn't about being able to come first in a single running event or bench press 250kg once, it is about being capable across a wide range of athletic activities. Increased power, speed, strength, cardiovascular and respiratory endurance, flexibility, stamina, coordination, agility, balance, and accuracy are each important.

Our goal is to develop an individual's fitness in such a way that they are prepared for any physical contingency they may face. CrossFit develops this by utilising constantly varied high intensity workouts, using functional movements. CrossFit is designed for universal scalability making it the perfect application for any committed individual regardless of age and experience.
