Rented for over 3 years in a boarding house (10 plus people) and over that period of time the property was grossly neglected and deteriorated to so badly I had to file a case with the tribunal to get the house up to a livable standard, Provided cleaning was inadequate and irregular and the property managers were unprofessional in their way of sorting out problems.

I rented an apartment from Looking4Rentals for 10 months between February and December 2011. Both the owner of the building and the property managers were completely unreasonable on many occasions during my stay, and consistently failed to live up to their obligations in the Tenancies Act 1986. Stay away!
