Not happy with their services. I paid $89 for a Treatme voucher for a full dental check-up (including clean and polish) and the whole thing took about 20 minutes. So the clean and polish were done in a few minutes. I am happy I don't have any dental issues so that I need to go back there, but I am not happy because they haven't cleaned my teeth thoroughly. I won't recommend this clinic.

Hi Madalina, we are sorry that you feel you did not hav a great experience. Routine cleaning takes about 30minutes and if you havn't been to a dentist for a long time and have lots of calculus (tartar) then it can take from 60-90 minutes for the cleaning. From what we know, you and your husband had excellent oral hygiene and there were no plaque or calculus (tartar) build up. If the dentist keep cleaning your teeth they would just be damaging your enamel. I can guarantee you that our dentist have cleaned your teeth very thoroughly. We are happy for you to go else where when you and your family have dental problems. To the general public who are reading this review, if you feel you havn't received an excellent care from your dentist please contact your dentist at first instance and will try our best to resolve the issues you have. Posting comments like the above lady in public is not appropriate. She should have came back to the owner of the surgery at first instance!!
