Nautilus Restaurant was the venue for my wedding and did the catering as well. The food was just like I'd experienced as a previous diner at the restaurant. Very happy!

Where do I start with how disappointing our lunch experience was. First of all, congratulations to the chef the food was great. Unfortunately this was ruined by the service. It was like a french faulty towers but in the end it wasn't funny. The front man was so rude and either didn't understand English or was stupid. An example of his stupidy was serving gin with ginger ale and insisting it was tonic as what had been requested. He yelled at his staff throughout our lunch and if diners had a problem he became very animated and angry and was so rude. One lot of diners left after been yelled at. At one point when the waitress tried to explain something to him he yelled "shut your mouth". Our special occasion was ruined and we will never go back.
