29th July 2011 Very disappointing. Took car in for a discount service and WOF. Told that $300 was needed to pass WOF. Advised by VTNZ that this was not true. When challenged on this the manager made many excuses and made it difficult to get the warrant. Eventually he agreed. No apology. These guys are cowboys!
