I used to be with Aotea Finance New Lynn as the first time for like 2 and half years ago. I paid off that loan. Last week I rang them up to open another loan for me. Reception were very helpful and she got a male officer to come to my home for the valuation on the same day. I collected all the information that I needed and went down to see one of their male case manager on the same day as well. He was very helpful and he approved my loan. Thank you New Lynn staffs for all the help. Very easy and very fast. Recommended.

Aotea finance has been great with helping me out, when other finnance company's couldn't. Staff has a awesome attitude when dealing with me must say that they got jokes....lol but I recommend Aotea finance to anyone looking for good service and making payments easy thank you Aotea Finance

We have been with AF for the past 3-4yrs and they esp Maxine has been great ,she understands alot more than most businesses on how to go beyond cust expectations .I guess due to Maxines great leadership she has got a very efficient and friendly team who are very helpful and supportive. I remember when we needed urgent cash to travel overseas she arranged everything on her day off and got her team to release the funds to me -she even called via mobile to the office to see if I was happy ..what a service WELL DONE AF and MAXINE&TEAM you will always have our support FELIX &IRENE

Our family has had three loans from Aotea Finance West Auckland branch and each time we've gone in to this New Lynn branch it has always been a real easy and quick service. The cutomer service is just efficient, clear and always made to feel welcome. One time I was rushing from one end of town to get to the New Lynn office to arrive 10 min after closing. The staff waited for me to arrive. Most places don't even give the time of day for you. This is definetly a finance Company willing to serve our people and I have already recommended other family members and friends to go to the Aotea Finance West branch if they need financial help. THANKYOU WEST BRANCH FOR LOOKING AFTER MY FAMILY THIS YEAR. WE WISH YOU AND YOUR MANAGEMANT A VERY MERRY XMAS.

New Lynn Branch have been very helpful & very friendly to me. I have been going now for 3 years, & every time I have never been turned away. When I have missed payments or needed to suspend for a week, you guys have been so understanding & helped me to get back on track... & still you dont turn me away. You guys have helped me ALOT.... Thanks guys. See you soon for Christmas.

What a fantastic team at Aotea Finance. My first loan was approximately four years ago and i have had top ups since then. The process was simple and they didn't make me feel as desperate as i was. They understand that people sometimes need a helping hand. I have found this company a pleasure to deal with and they have always provided a professional, friendly service. They have worked with me in times where my financial situation had changed temporarily. I would definitely recommend them.

They have been Awesome from the first day I got a Loan with them about a year or so ago !! Staff there are so Helpful and Polite and always trying to help there customers !! Recommend New Lynn branch for there Friendly service and have never turned me away and gave me a second chance unlike other finance companies. I have had about 3 or 4 loans with them and have always been Grateful for them helping me when in need. BIG THANK YOU NEW LYNN AOTEA YOU ALL ROCK AND ARE BEAUTIFUL AND NEVER HAVE BAD DAYS =)

I have had loans with Aotea Finance West Auckland Since 2007 and i have never come across a company that is so easy to get loans through....so fast...no questions asked and base their decision on your history of good payments....i have not gone elsewhere since 2007. Maxine & Team at New Lynn are just O for AWESOME! lol

I've been a customer of Aotea Finance for 3 years and would like to say that they have been wonderful. They used my car for collateral - my car's not worth alot, but they gave me a chance. I've had 4 top up loans - and never had a problem at all. I would recommend Aotea Finance to anyone as a company with true integrity. The staff is lovely, always pleasant and helpful.
