First time providing a review and I feel compelled to provide feedback based on my bad experience. - Opted to have the team install a SSD (that I bought from AMAZON) into my macbook pro late 2011 model - which they did successfully/eventually but without complications. - Lack of communication and long delay in communication, citing "waiting to hear back from technicians" Failed to respond to my questions asked about status or repairs - technicians clearly did not wish to bother explaining what they actually did with my laptop. At times I wondered if the website was actually real and I had lost my laptop forever. - Day that I picked up the laptop I find they had returned it with missing screws for the bottom of my macbook pro and then turned around and tried to suggest the macbook pro didn't come with the screws - WHAT?!?! - At the point, I realised how unprofessional this was and decided to cut my losses, pay and leave - Since then I have yet to receive a response as to what exactly did the technician do to my computer. - I would suggest 'simple' computer jobs but clearly not a team that can handle 'advanced' matters for Apple computers REGARDLESS of their Apple certified technician. - happy to provide more elaborate detail about my experience if needed.
