Yes it's hard work, yes you get sore but it's worth it. I find Kraig and Cindy's "boot camp" fantastic - I've been 'boot camping' every week for a year (even through the winter)!! I recommend Fitter Faster Stronger to every one.

Kraig has a unique and entertaining style and is a great technical trainer, with a focus on using the right techniques to maximise your workout and minimise the chance of injury. It doesn't matter how fit (or in my case unfit) you are, you will be challenged. Vic Park in the morning is a great place to train - I just keep going back!

Fitter, Faster, Stronger is awesome. By far and away the best form of exercise I've ever done. I'm one of these people who aren't really a 'gym' person and love training in the outdoors. The great thing about Fitter, Faster, Stronger is that each session is varied and challenging. You are training with a bunch of fantastic people, and have highly skilled fitness instructors to tailor each session. With the cardio and strength training classes, you get a full body workout each week. If you try it for a few weeks, you will become hooked. I've never felt better.

I have been a runner for ages and thought I was pretty fit... but working out with Kraig showed me that actually I was only running fit... its exactly what it says on the tin... I am fitter, faster, stronger than I was before.

Been going for a while now, it's been hard work but rewarding and I'm a lot fitter now than I ever was before, Kraig's encouragement style is somewhat unusual but entertaining at the same time...Would totally recommend Fitter, Faster, Stronger.

I have been doing exercise for years but have never enjoyed anything as much or that got me into shape faster than Cindy and Kraig's classes. They are both very knowledgeable, attentive and ensure that people with different levels of fitness are all catered for and made very welcome. It starts to feel like a family and is quite addictive once you are into it. I have been going for over a year and don't ever feel bored and I am still amazed when new exercises prop up all the time. Give it a try you won't regret it or want to leave, Cheers Craig

Excellent way to get fit - yes it's painful but that is because I was so unfit to start with! Even getting up at 5.30am is not a problem when you know you'll have fun when you get there. It's not a boot camp in that people are screaming at you so don't worry. There's just encouragement and guys ensuring you're doing the exercises properly. Give it a go!

Been going since they started on the Shore 20 months ago. After no exercise for 10 years and having 3 kids I could not do even one sit up when I started and although I was doing some running I had no strength. Now I can run for longer, I have abs! and I feel wonderful!! The group is fun and Cindy is really motivating and keeps the variety up so you never get bored.

There is a reason everyone gives this 5 out of 5! Kraig and his crew are awesome! I have always found maintaining a plan that works hard... With Fitter Faster Stronger it's fun AND SUSTAINABLE! I have lost heaps of weight and for the first time it hasn't been hard! Love it!

I've completed my first 5 week block with Kraig in the mornings (3x per week) and am hooked. I've lost weight, am motivated to eat better, and most of all really enjoy it. I even got up at 5:30am this morning after finishing work at 1am, as I didn't want to miss a session! Great for all fitness levels, this will push you, but you'll feel fantastic for it.

Apart from walking with my kids I haven't done any work out at all for the last 8 years and I was afraid joining a fitness group. I am part of the Domain boot camp for 8 weeks now. The people are great and supportive with all different fitness levels. The work out is hard, versatile and rewarding - and yes I can see changes in my fitness and my body. Having a fitness test once in a while helps to see the improvements. And training in a park definitely beats the gym. I am addicted now...

Can't believe how much fitter I have gotten in such a short space of time. I am truly converted!!! Cindy and Kraig really know what they are talking about and how to motivate people. Would recommend team training to ANYONE at any fitness level, I've been amazed at what I have achieved in such a short space of time. Thanks guys!!

Started training with Kraig 6 months ago and havent looked back. It truely is a great way to exercise, beats the boredom of the gym hands down. In terms of alternative forms of exercise you cant go past team training. Easily recommendable.. Give it a try, you wont regret it!

The words "boot camp" may put you off, but it's not the military style, in your face screaming boot camp you imagine. It's a personal challenge set every session with Cindy or Kraig to perfect your style and a group of like minded people ready to push you along. It's an awesome experience, as tough as you make it, as rewarding as you want and a great way to meet people and get out and enjoy the sunshine!

Awesome work out, great team and plenty of motivational support, I've improved overall fitness and have been coming for over 6 months now, it's a great way to motivate yourself back into a fitness regime, what you loose is old habits and flab, go for it:)
